Active Release Technique (ART)

What is Active Release?

ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

What does Active Release feel like?

Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements. ART can be uncomfortable, but it is “pain with a purpose” with the intention of restoring normal function to the tissues being treated.

Treatment usually provides rapid and permanent relief.

**Bottom Line – This type of treatment gets people better, faster! When applied properly to the dysfunctional tissues, we’ve seen many conditions disappear that were thought to be chronic.
